Description:
In this role, the Sourcing Operation Specialist is responsible for daily sourcing operation tasks and other assign sourcing projects including but not limited to:
· Sourcing ERP system daily operations
· All sourcing data uploading and maintenance in ERP and any system maintained by sourcing
· Sourcing pilot order follow-up
· Contract management as well as all sourcing database management
· Sourcing drawing management including drawing releasing and record maintenance
· Assigned supplier transfer project execution
· Assigned supplier audit
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of work experience
2. Undergraduates of technical background
3. Solid interpersonal/communication skills
4. Team work spirit and strong ownership
5. Data analysis skills and ERP experience is preferred
6. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment
7. Solid computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
