- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SCM Source.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for planning and directing the procurement of materials and services and their movement through the value chain to satisfy financial, quality and on-time delivery requirements.

- Activities include supplier management, commodity management, purchasing and inventory management.

- Create PO according to demand and ensure 100% material availability for production and delivery. Make sure purchase database always be timely updated to guarantee correct output from SAP .Return of NC parts if necessary.

- Work together with CFT on supplier management, find innovative solution to optimize inventory level.

- Create material forecast to vendor base on MPS. Support Project on new material phase in or last time buy during phase out.

- Key user of SAP MM module /member to Material Master Group.

- Bonded Material management, coordinate with Customs Team balance the Customs Handbook on quantity and place bonded importation instruction according to sales order type.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 3~4 years purchase or sourcing related working experience with SAP or similar ERP system .Knowledge of international trade or commercial. Knowledge of Bonded material and Customs Handbook is an advantage.

- Active personality, fast reaction and good at communication, quick learner.

- Potential to be a team leader.

- Advanced English Language skills both in Oral and writing.

- Advanced Microsoft office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint .Knowledge of SAP.

- Multi- projects management skill.

- Quality knows how, method to work together with CFT or Q functions to ensure quality level.

- Proactively working methodology, and scheduling capability .Being tough in a positive way to meet the target.

- Commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, degree in business economics) or technical training (e.g. engineer, technical degree...).

- Leadership skills, excellent analytical and communication skills as well as diplomacy and good negotiation skills, Strategic abilities.
