Responsibilities:
1 Handle the engineering process from the project starting to the end
2 Balance the cost and playing function design in the development stage
3 Provide engineering supports to all parties from concept to mass production

4. Problems resolving which can fix problems from product, quality and performance issues with factories, vendors and design team.

5. Manage new products development planning and ensure that the ship dates will be on time

6. Preparing the engineering specifications during the development stage, work with US team closely
7. Work with QA/QC team closely and try to insure that there is no safety issues in the models building stage
8. Provide the help or guidance to other engineers or designers inside the company

Requirements:
-Education-University or Collage education in engineering or Science disciplines
-Min 3-5yrs in project management, for project Engineer with at least 2yrs in relevant position

-Strong project management and problems solving skill
-Good understanding for the toys safety requirements such as EN71-part 3 and ASTM, etc.

-Pro-Active and able to work under pressure within the time frame

-Fluent in English is a must

-Dedication and full passion
