Responsibilities:
1.Provide support for and review calculations by supply base team in BOM preparation including:
o Verification of direct material costs
o Support in calculation of direct labour costs
o Review and verification of allocation of indirect costs
2.Review and verification of charges in excess of agreed BOM costs, prior to Sales negotiations with Customers
3.Preparation of cost budgets for specific projects which line up with the supply of particular product variations
4.Link in with the sales organisation in terms of revenue projections for each project
5.Provide financial information to support the pricing process
6.Assist in the preparation of business cases to support capital expenditure proposals
7.Calculation and allocation of costs to projects for the purposes of supporting NRE billing
8.Review of the split of margin between PCH and factory
9.Review weekly overtime records
10.Support to ops team in end of life inventory calculation
11.Review inventory levels for ageing
12.Ensure process is secure in terms of inventory purchasing to confirmed Sales orders and/or forecasts

Requirements:
1.Education – Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
2.Depth of experience ( 2yrs minimum )
3.Industry Background ( preferred )
4.Strong technical management accounting and analytical skills
5.Attention to detail
6.Technical Expertise
7.Ability to work effectively across a number of teams
8.Ability to communicate and present information in a format that enables fast and accurate interpretation of validated key facts
9.Strong negotiation skills ( particularly in a contract manufacturer environment )
