Company Description
Web Direct Brands Inc, a US based company is looking for a developer for full time permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following: Flash 8 and Action Script 3 programming, as well as development in .NET with backend database SQL Server, with user Interface design and development.
Developer Job Description:

The developer will be responsible for their own assigned project/projects to develop. He/She will be tasked to build new sites, perform updates on existing sites and performing bug fixes as well. Developer must have strong self starting drive to be a part of a fast pace and fast growing company, with the ability for understanding assigned project / tasks and being able to deliver on time a fully functional product. He/she will need to be able think outside the box providing feed back to the team and management areas as needed.
Developer Key Responsibilities
Developer will work out of their home in a virtual team environment with creative design product utility developed specifically for product customer user interfaces using Flash & Action scripts, .Net development or DB maintenance. The developer will utilize a custom framework and detailed requirements to corporate standards; it is not a design position rather primarily a programming position. This is an aggressive project where you will be required to collaborate with team members to rapidly comprehend, develop and integrate this module.
Developer Job Requirements ((Minimum of 2 years of experience)


· The developer will have high-level of Action Script skills to build multimedia elements, flash animations and presentations for our clients.
· Candidate must have experience in .NET Development Experience with SQL backend experience. ASP (Active Server Page) is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
· Must be outgoing, highly organized and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
· Must be creative and have good UI design experience.
· Understanding of XML and XML parsing in flash.
· Candidate must be a proficient programmer using Action script 2.0 or Flash MX.
· Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and/or JavaScript.
· Candidates must have written English skills.
· Must have reliable computer with the ability to handle the job.
