Job description

1)Administration datas in ERP System:

a) Introduce new items in System

b) Administration and update datas

c) Basic datas maintain

d) BOM maintain

e) Operation plan and so on

f) Specification changing

g) Administration equipment in system : QSG , QSV , QSP , QSL

h) Management production documentation:

i) Control instruction

j) Packaging instruction

k) Work instruction

l) Other instructions

2)Control Sampling process:

a) Prepare sampling order for sampling

b) Definition layout workplace

c) Co-operation with department technology, production, purchasing

d) Co-operation with department in the Group

e) Administration reference sample

f) Responsible for prepare all fixtures and tools

g) Responsible for release process samples and update sample

3)Manage Projects:

a) Manage production transfer projects in the Group (Switzerland, Czech to China)

b) Prepare documentation, know-how, quality requirement and so on

c) Train SL, QC, Operator for product knowledge and standard operation.

4)Technology responsibility :

a) Assembly

b) Welding technology

c) Hot stamping

d) Pad printing

Improve process, introduce preventive actions, process optimisation:

a) Analysis production process a pursuance optimisations

b) Co-operation in complaint process

c) Quality control in production process

To accomplish tasks assigned by high-level leader.

Requirements

1. Technical training and good technical understanding

2. Knowledge ISO norm and industrial method ( Lean production , Six Sigma , OEE )

3. Experience with plastic technology

4. Process oriented way of acting and thinking

5. Working experience with ERP system ERP

6. Very good english knowledge in oral and writing
