职位描述：
1.协助网路助理经理，跟进有关网路通信项目的实施
2.处理一般性电脑设备的验收和安装
3.处理一般性电脑硬体的日常维护和维修
4.解决用户日常操作过程中遇到的软件和硬件方面的问题

任职要求：
1.计算机专业大专以上学历，英语良好
2.具有1-2年以上网络的用户支持工作经验
3.熟悉计算机系统的软件和硬件及网络系统的理论体系，掌握一定的网络技能
4.国语听说流利，工作积极主动，耐心为用户提供专业服务
