职位描述

Responsibility:
Conduct financial and operational audits within the Group and as assigned.
Plan and execute detailed review of business processes, including documentation and testing requirements, with the objective of assessing the effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of the various processes and the related controls for the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities, performance and control gaps, and sourcing the root causes of the risks and the gaps.
Customize and design audit programs for effective execution.
Draft and report relevant findings with recommendations.
Assist management in the development, review and documentation of policies and procedures.
As project team lead, ensure project completion in accordance to project timelines and objectives, tasks assigned to staff, if any, will be supervised and working papers record and summarize audit procedures performed and key audit findings.
Conduct opening and closing meetings with auditees.
Review and conduct follow-up on corrective action plans.
Update the Company's risk analysis and yearly Internal Audit Plan.
Assist in the implementation and compilation of management feedback via the audit survey forms.
Assistance or consultation services to internal and/or external parties as requested.
Other duties and tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, preferably CPA.
At least 4 years of internal audit experience, working experience in an audit firm is preferred.
At least 2 years of internal audit experience in a construction environment, possessing full scope/whole cycle audit experience in an Engineering and/ or Construction project.
Sound knowledge in the audit of contract bidding, vendor selection and procurement processes and Engineering or Construction project cost control.
Good project management and decision-making skills and has the ability to drive an initiative into completion.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact well with colleagues from diverse cultures.
