SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute internal audit project under the supervision of project manager
- Perform data analysis to find issues and provide recommendations for resolution
- Reviewing, documenting and evaluating business processes in a wide range of environments and developing effective solutions
- Prepare project progress and closing reports for manager review
- Apply understanding of Protiviti methodologies and business processes in consulting projects
- Develop understanding of project requirements and client’s business
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships
- Supervise and train project personnel

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics

- Prior project management and supervisory skills
- Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships
- Sound job administration skills
- Above average written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong learning capability for new techniques
- Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Understanding of business process management
- Knowledge and experience of data analysis

- Industry-specific knowledge in areas of FMCG and/or Real Estate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related field) required
- 2+ years in a related field
- Professional Certification such as CIA , CPA strongly preferred

ABITLITY TO TRAVEL:
Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
