TITLE: Procurement Manager
DEPARTMENT: Architecture & Construction
REPORTING TO: Architecture & Construction Director
LOCATION: Shanghai

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for new store equipment/fixture buying
· Build a working equipment supplier network
· Select and produce new and better equipment/materials for our future and existing stores
· Set-up and renew the format for long-term agreements with Suppliers for discount by volume
· Control and monitor suppliers service and costs
· Identify cost reduction opportunities, determine targets and drive cost reduction process. Control and monitor suppliers service and cost
· Coordinate Logistic to make sure the materials can be delivered to site on time
· High skilled in oral and written communication skills.(English & Chinese) and computer skilled

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· College graduate, or above
· At least 4 years experience in project management
· Team player
· Logical approach to problem solving
· High level of project management skill
· Ability to organize and manage own time and others tasks effectively
· Sound understanding of the procurement service and the delivery process
