Job description:
-Focused on Lightsource.
-Coordination with the segment management in all questions of product portfolio
-Responsibility for the definition of the product portfolio under consideration of the request from segment management (strategy process, road map)
-Responsible for the development project
-Competitor analysis / product comparison together with the product engineer
-Budget responsibility for the product portfolio
-Product pricing
-Active life cycle management (budget, profitability)
-Technology and innovation management
-Customer trainings (product training)
-Academy trainings
-Responsibility for marketing within launch process (Introduction, sales stories (product, application), customer benefits, features for sales literature) together with Marketing Communication
-Travel regional to visit customers, regional Tridonic sales teams and to gather Market Data.
-Lead in the strategy definition process for the managed product groups

Requirement:
-High degree of technical and commercial acumen to enable good and clear communication at all levels within and external to the Tridonic business.
-Excellent communication skills and should be aware of and proficient in the use of media presentation tools.
-Embrace a high degree of customer focus (understand customer needs and act in behalf of them).
-Creativity and good interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written + spoken).
-Basic knowledge of Marketing or equivalent experience about the customer process (e.g. sales and distribution).
-Good IT skills and proficiency in the use of MS Office.

工作地点1：深圳市龙华区民治街道民康路民兴工业区1970科技园（研发中心）；
工作地点2：深圳市龙华区观澜街道泗黎路硅谷动力射频园（运营中心），工作地位于泗黎路硅谷动力射频园的岗位，会提供班车。（目前有五条班车线路：宝安线，龙华线，布吉线，龙岗线和石岩观澜线）
