JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: RSA Network Specialist
Reports To: RSA Network Supervisor
Based in: Beijing


Job Purpose:
Development and management of various types of service provider networks responsible for the business needs of region to ensure that the various types of network service providers with quality service ability, service quality and improve coverage
Position Responsibilities:
？ According to company requirements and in charge of network development plan to determine the objectives.
？ Development of the company’s business, needs RSA rescue service providers in the target area network
？ To select the service providers in accordance with company standards, to ensure its quality service.
？ Negotiations on cooperation and service suppliers, management cooperation prices, reduce service costs, service contract, the service provider network market more competitive.
？ Management, training , assessment of various types of services suppliers to help them improve service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the operating departments
？ Know how to discover, analyze, sum up the situation of service provides to ensure quality of service.
？ Work with other department closely and develop the company’s business, support the regional road rescue services.
？ Maintaining and all kinds of service providers, good communication and coordination, problem solving ability
？ Always maintain a positive work attitude, initiative, self-discipline, collaboration, professionalism.


Education & Experience
？ Diploma above, professional auto related experience with auto or roadside assistance priority
？ Good Knowledge in auto industry and roadside assistance industry.
？ Driving experience is preferred
？ Degree/diploma qualification with 3 years' related working experience, proficient in written and oral English and Chinese, and computer savvy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals)

？ Ability to interpret and effectively apply management direction and philosophy.

？ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, challenging environment

？ In-depth knowledge of excel and reporting. Proficient with design, development and ongoing reports management
