Job description

1. To manage the engineering service for Chinese market, providing production design, consult to customers, coordinate with headquarter engineering dept. to meet customer requirement. To provide engineering support for quotation.

2. To manage and execute after service works in China, solve warranty problems, join the warranty meeting in XAT, follow up warranty process

3. To support sales and marketing in China, providing consulting advice for quotation, helping RSM to reply customer technical question, join trading show (CHINAPLAS) and seminar, writing and translating technical articles . Visit customers with RSM and resellers.

4. To provide technical training to RSM and resellers in China, to cover every resellers.

5. To adhere to the Company’s Practices and Policies and to abide to the Company’s ethics at all times.

6. To provide full customer satisfaction from after service and warranty.

7. To assist and execute Shanghai technical service center, evaluate repair and rework ability in Shanghai, purchase equipment, outsourcing repair works, develop service partners in China.

8. Meeting customers’ requirement in quality standards and output performance, provide on-site service for installation, after service, training and evaluation.

Requirements

1. Preferably University or College Graduate in Engineering degree, or Polymer Science/Machinery Engineering or equivalent subjects.

2. At least 5 years technical support or after service experience is essential, preferably in the injection or extrusion-moulding industry.

3. Good command of English, Mandarin languages, both in written and spoken.

4. Proficiency in Office Window software and internet application.

5. Strong technical background on melting delivery products in international working environment.

6. Working experience in extrusion environment of plastic industry, hand-on experience

7. System integration, Process technology, extrusion projects.
