Duties:

1. To execute and achieve the plans and strategies of the Company and achieve the set budget of eastern China for the year.

2. To manage and establish close business relationship with new and existing resellers, agents and end-processors.

3. To frequently gather market information system for strategic decision-making and to report to the senior management on any significant developments whenever necessary.

4. To adhere to the Company’s Practices and Policies and to abide to the Company’s ethics at all times.

5. To provide full customer satisfaction from sales order enquiry to order delivery status.

6. To manage & maintain the collection of accounts receivables within the budgeted credit terms per customer.

7. Meeting customers’ requirement in quality standards and output performance, provide on-site service for installation, after service, training and evaluation.

8. Report to: Asia Sales Director

Qualifications:

1. Preferably University or College Graduate in Engineering degree, or Polymer Science/Machinery Engineering or equivalent subjects.

2. At least 2 years technical support or sales experience is essential, preferably in the South China region, and in the injection or extrusion-moulding industry.

3. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages, both in written and spoken.

4. Proficiency in Office Window software and internet application.

5. Strong communication and negotiation skills with good interpersonal relationship.

6. Working experience in extrusion environment of plastic industry, hand-on experience

7. System integration, equipment maintenance and design

8. Prefer working experience in whole foreign invested company(American or European).
