Job description

1. Develop an understanding of customer specifications and tool requirements and following this through to production to ensure specs are achieved.

2. Technical liaison with customers to ensure that they are satisfied.

3. Responsibility for ensuring that tool orders meet Red Maple quality requirements and also customer quality requirements.

4. Prepare detailed reports and work instructions for tooling projects.

5. Prepare user documentation related to tooling projects.

6. Manage the transfer of product knowledge within Red Maple by assembling the appropriate team and defining the tasks required from each member.

7. Insure that agreed upon contractual obligations are met.

8. Assist the sales team during the commercial process by estimating project cost, lead times, and speciation review process.

Requirements

1. Technical background and experience in management of projects.

2. International work experience in composites engineering is a plus.

3. Foreign language abilities: English, German/Spanish, plus additional languages or a willingness to learn

4. Local hired expat.

5. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.

6. Determined and hard driving; the person to get the job done.

7. Global project manager with some commercial responsibilities, business minded.

8. Professionally presented.

9. Well organized.

10. Flexible, responsible, mature, and a problem solver
