Job Responsibility:

· Perform various inspection services on electric and electronical product or shipment on-site. This includes aesthetics, construction, installation, packaging, operation and maintenance of product or shipment.

· Coordinating and performing validation and verification of factory audit project base on ISO 9000 or SA 8000 and customer's criteria (include factory quality system audit, SER audit, security audit)

· Develop inspection protocol or audit checklist

· Process development for data control, storage and analysis

· Create written instructions and work procedures within inspection & audit team

The selected candidate will follow a training program including engineer training during several weeks. The position offers a responsible function within a small team of inspector & auditor with good development opportunities.

Job Requirement:

· Education and qualification required:

Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) with relevant additional training:

Electrical Engineering or Mechanical or equivalent.

·Experience required:

·Expertise in various electronic and electrical product structure, manufacturing process,

·Experience inspection & audit in 3rd party service provider,

·Data acquisition for measurements and data processing

·Compliance with international guidelines

·Troubleshooting, electrical safety,

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.

Special skills, mental/personality requirements:

·Problem solving, hands-on mentality

·Work independently

·Analytical skills, accuracy

·Commitment to quality, integrity and safety

·Proven oral, reading and writing skills in English and team communication skills

·Documentation skills for work procedures

·ISO 9000 lead auditor trained

·Working experiences in testing/certification company and retailer is preferred.

·Traveling is needed frequently.
