Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing & sales plan for clients
2. Prepare Technical and commercial proposal in response to the call for Tenders
3. Negotiate any prospective contract with the potential clients
4. Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients
5. Collect Market intelligence and conduct market Study on a regular basis
6. Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field

Requirements:
1. Graduated with Construction background
2. Over 6 years' sales experiences in Construction industry
3. Fluent speaking and writing in English
4. Good communication skill
5. Strong leadership skill and know how to motivate people
6. High sense of responsibility and team spirit
7. Can work independently under high pressure
