Senior Service Part Management Consultant

1. Leads the consulting team to deliver Spare Parts Planning consulting services to PTC customers and ensure the total service solution meet client expectations
2. Investigates the current service parts planning business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps and other inefficiencies; indentifying opportunities to add transformative business value
3. Leads the discussion of solution design with customer and operates independently to provide quality work products
4. Assigns tasks to project members and review team work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with PTC’s methodology
5. Defining what data will be used in the Spare Parts Planning application and review legacy data to ensure input data correctness
6. Configure and tuning system parameters to meet the client’s requirements

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of spare parts planning work experience on Spare Parts Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Replenishment Planning.
2. Has a broad understanding of industry service parts management best practices on ABC Classification, Service Network Design, Order Quantity Calculation, Safety Stock, Inventory Balancing
3. Fluent English speaking
4. Be able to travel on business frequently.
5. Base in Shenzhen or Guangzhou
