职位描述

Responsibilities工作职责

- Ensure all transactions are performed correctly and timely as per SOP.
确保在标准操作流程准时准确完成仓库管理系统操作。

- In time communication(email or tel) with customer or supplier,forwarder,trucker ect to ensure all in and out documents
Are correct to ensure shipment go smoothly.
与客户及客户供应商,货代,运输等及时沟(邮件及电话等)通确保进出货的文件准确性,以保证进出的顺利进行

- In time internal communication such as CHB, WHSE,F&A ect to ensure shipment, billing are correctly and timely.
及时准确的内部沟通如与报关组,仓库,财务,电脑等部门沟通货物进出单证,财务账单等准确及时。

- Keep good record for daily operation. Finish Monthly Billing report ect.
做好进出货物等记录及时准确完成账单,供应商对账单等

- Report any exception timely, and support to handling any urgent case
及时报告异常及协助处理紧急事件等

- Follow supervisor’s job arrangement and finish the job requirement.
配合主管的工作安排,完成工作任务

- Follow customer’s request to deal with some special case if any (such as inspection, year end cyclecount).
根据客户要求处理一些特殊问题如查货要求,年终盘点等。

-Working day:Mon to Fri and 40hours/week
上班时间为周一到周五,每周不超过40小时。

Requirements 岗位要求

- College degree or above
大专或以上

- English speaking, reading and writing,with CET4 or above is preferred
英文口头,阅读和书写能力,英语能力4级或以上者优先

- Familiar with office software esp. excel,PPT skills
能熟练使用电脑办公软件(Word ,excel,PPTetc)

-1year or above FFTZ or ECSW experience is preferred
1年以上保税仓或者出口监管仓客服经验优先
