-Managing budgeting process for the Representative Office in Shanghai.
-Cost reporting activities.
-Cost controlling and expenses monitoring.
-Managing expenses approval process.
-Prepare all the payments and reimbursements sent in for General Manager final approval.
-Monthly bank statement check.
-Require and manage cash flow from the Italian Headquarter.
-Local Suppliers management and payment.
-Legal issue management through consulting companies.
-Coordinate with the external consultants for and affair pertaining to Representative Office in Shanghai and staff taxation.
-Coordinate with the consultant for expatriate staff's individual income tax declaration.

-Assisting General Manager in all the necessary work.
-Coordinating the issue occuring between the Representative Office in Shanghai and the Asia Regional in Thailand and Headquarter office in Italy.
-Handling incoming fax, emails and calls, taking necessary following up action in relation to the daily management and coordination of Representative Office in Shanghai.
-Arrangement for meetings and conferences in relation to all the activities of the Asia Pacific markerting management.
-Bilingual (Chinese & English) translation of relevance documents.
-Provide VISA application assistance for Ducati APAC staff 'sbusiness trips.
-Arranging domestic and international hotel & flight ticket booking for staff 's bussiness trip.
-Car rental for transportation in the city.
-Prepare invitation letters for expatriate staff 's , dealers' and journalists' visa application.
-Staff expenses report management.
-Yearl Black list dealers financial documents collection.
- Local Suppliers sele and fee negotiation.
-Provides support to marketing ( Importers and Dealers) and Asia Pacific Staff.

-Presentations,materials reporting and any deliverable in relation to Asia Pacific Represetative Office .
-Provide support to Markerting ,PR activities and Promotion activities.
-Newspapers and magazines scanning for the clipping report.
-Assistance for media project in Asia Pacific.
-Supporting the organization of any events or promotional activity.
-Overviewing Social Media with focus on Chinese ones.
