职位描述
Key Tasks:
Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
Developing interactive design;
Commissioning illustrators and photographers;
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Responsible for translating the marketing objectives from company’s scale into creative designs within team scale
Understand the strategy of CMO and Marketing Manager, and the current marketing situation in order to develop successful and creative designs
Accomplish individual graphic works
Assist the marketing manager to complete the campaigns and projects with the limited time and budgets
Help out the team members with the creative works
Improve and approve the final drafts of the creative works
Communicate with the internal customers
Communicate with the external customers
Motivate the team members
Provide suggestions to marketing manager and CMO with professional knowledge
Report to the Marketing Manager every week (Friday)
Attend the marketing meeting every week (Monday)
*The Graphic Designer would be evaluated by the Marketing Manager every month based on the skills mentioned above.
Key Customers
The key customer of Graphic Designer is the Marketing Manager and the CMO.
Key Skill Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Graphic Design or Art
Bilingual, fluent in writing; speaking; reading and listening in Chinese and English (CET 4 or above preferred)
Basic IT skill such as Office
Able to oversee multiple projects at once
Self-starter and take initiative
At least 1 year experience in marketing department
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about receive the challenges
