- University graduate or above.
- Minimum 8 years experience in social and security compliance audit, preferably in a buying or sourcing office, or an international manufacturing company.
- Sound knowledge on international / regional labor regulations and supply chain security requirements.
- Hand-on experience in handling ad hoc projects and providing training to junior teammates.
- Willing to frequently travel to Northern China and other Asian countries.
- Good command of spoken and written English, CET 6 or above.
