职位描述
Main job responsibilities:
1. Sell and promote our products
2. Look for the business chance, to create the business chance and to get hold of the business chance of the existing listed target customers
3. Promote the company reputation, to create trust between our company with customers and build up sales turn over with customers.
4. Within the company, he/she needs to convey what the customer needs. He/she needs to coordinate with different departments in the company, acting as a project leader to effectively handle the projects and the orders within the agreed time frame.
5. List of target customers will be worked out and provided. Key area to be covered is Guangdong province with several customers outside of Guangdong.
6. Working together with supervisor setting up targets, goals for each customer to be achieved each year along with the budget.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Character - aggressive, out-going, self-motivated, open minded, positive, and amore important of all is having mutual respect, and a team player
3. Frequent traveling is needed
4. Good communicating skill and good people skill is needed
5. Basic presentation skill and negotiation skill is needed
6. Have good common sense with good analytical mind
7. Certain proactive thinking and planning will be a benefit
8. Fragrance knowledge would be beneficial, but is not extremely necessary. However, must be showing interest in smelling and interest in fragrance
9. Good command of English in writing and reading. Communicable oral English is preferred.
10. Age not higher than 40, best is between 30-35
