职位描述/ Position Description：

●参与生产线建设。

Participate in production line build

●负责动力总成制造部预防维护团队的业务管理。

In charge of managing preventive maintenance team in engine department.

●领导和促进动力总成制造部预防维护团队技能的持续提高。

Responsibility for continue improve preventive maintenance team skills to implementation.

●执行上级主管安排的工作并达成部门计划目标。

Support director to fulfill department target and follow up director's instruction

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●负责招聘、组建预防性维护团队，建立预防维护团队工作流程和体系。

In charge of building preventive maintenance team and recruiting staffs, developing maintenance team

●负责设备的预防性维护工作，制定设备预防性维护计划、标准并组织实施。

In charge of managing preventive maintenance work，making preventive standard and working plan，then implementation to do it；

●负责设备资产管理，组织开展设备大修理和在工艺许可的条件下改造等相关工作。

In charge of managing assets, organization related section to permanent repair, remolds equipment as PMED authorization and so on；

●建立非生产性物料一级仓库，招聘仓库管理人员，制定仓库工作流程

In charge of building non-production material handling primary warehouse and drafting operation process, recruitment new personnel；

●选定设备备件、常用油品等非生产性物料，建立非生产性物料台账，制定合理库存量，持续优化物料库存，节约库存成本;

Responsible to select equipment spare parts, usually oiling and other non-production materials, building non-production material account, then making reasonable safety inventory, continue reduced inventory and costs；

●监测非生产性物料消耗，统计、分析非生产性物料 ，对异常消耗提出预警
Monitor the consumption of non-production material, perform statistic and analysis on the consumption cost, send abnormal consumption warning

●负责本部门方针展开和推进工作，确保预防维护团队的SQDCME达成 保证本区域的质量、安全、环境符合公司相关标准。

Ensure that quality, safety, and environment covered under the responsible area meet company standards.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

具备的基本录用条件/ qualifications

●教育背景: 本科及以上学历，电气/机械工程专业
Education Bachelor degree or above, Electrical/Mechanical engineering major.

●工作经验 :5年以上设备维护和仓库管理工作经验，2年以上相同岗位工作经验。

Experience :Above 5 years work experiences in preventive maintenance, more than 2 years equal position work experience in engine plant

●有外企/合资企业工作经验。

Worked in foreign/JV company.

●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.

●熟练运用英语交流，沟通能力强，工作认真。
Be good at English language/Coordination skills/punctilious person.
