职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Communicate the recruitment needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
2) Develop various recruitment channels, such as headhunter, job fair, campus recruitment, agency, outsourcing management
3) Build relationship with university ,technical school, secondary vocational school for future development
4) Handle new employee offer and on-board process
5) Maintain and update recruitment procedure & report for candidate information, recruitment process, cost analysis etc.
6) Organize all communication meeting , including face to face meeting and on telephone.
7) Deal with employee relation , such as discipline punishment, EAP activity, pregnant manage etc.
8) Update communication method and form good communication atmosphere
9) Other things such as recording company important event, team registration etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Bachelor degree or above,With human resources management education background
2) With good spoken and written English.
3) 3+ years' related working experience, manufacturing industry background is preferred
4) Good interpersonal and influencing skills;
5) Self-initiative & result oriented, able to handle multi-tasks
