Job Function:
Overall lead product testing through product development life cycle, , work close with project manager, target lead, SW/HW team and test team, identify product test requirement and high level strategies, develop efficient resource plan, test execution plan and oversee product testing execution, coordinate testing activities and across testing effort among multiple teams, 3rd party team, and customers to drive the product quality and issue resolving, play the active role in the global collaboration of product testing activities, establish effective 3rd party outsource management model, drive product test process improvement and quality criteria, lead customer and carrier requirement benchmarking, etc.
Skills/Experience
* 5+ years of product testing experience with good knowledge in Android platform,device and their testing;
* 3+ years project management and test management experience
* Experience in product test planning, test requirement analysis, test design, test methods/tools and test execution , especially experience on Android platform in the areas of telephony test, BSP, multimedia, UI experience, application testing, third apps testing, power, performance, stress testing, field testing, etc
* Good knowledge in carrier requirement, carrier submission process and carrier test
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, be capable in playing the lead role in global activities
* Strong leadership skill, problem solving skill, intergroup coordination and communication skills. Experience in third party management is a plus.
* Proven to be quick adapter, self-motivated, target driven and willing to accept challenge
Education Requirements:
? BS or above in telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering or relevant.
