Merchandiser
The Sourcing Analyst’s role is to be the liaison between the Sourcing Team in the US and our vendors in China. This person will be responsible for all aspects of vendor management for new and existing vendors.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, qualifying, sampling, testing, costing, negotiating, contracts, quality control, and terms are some of the areas that will be touched by this individual
Monitoring vendor performance via spreadsheets, graphs, and reports
Expediting open projects, costs, and samples
Manage vendor production timelines to ensure on time delivery
Identifying problems and recommending solutions in all areas of vendor and/or material management
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA in Engineering or Business
Minimum of 2 years experience in sourcing or related field
Highly proficient in MS Office (Advanced in Excel)
Ability to work with engineered or technical drawings
Strong English Skills in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.
Additional Desired Experience and Abilities:
Strong analytical ability
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
Good knowledge of bath products
Experience in textile category is preferred

Working time: 8hours per day, 5days per week
