要求 / Requirement：

• 机械专业, 本科以上学历；/ Major in Mechanics; BS or higher level ;
• 英文:至少读写熟练，能进行工作交流；/ English: fluent on reading & writing at least; being able to communicate on daily work;
• 具有一定机加工的专业知识和经验，最好同时具有压铸行业工作背景；/ having some experience on machining; it's a plus if having the working background in die-casting industry;
• 有产品开发,项目管理或供应商管理经验; / having the experience on R&D , project management or supplier management;
• 熟悉PPAP，SPC等知识及其运用, 如有TS16949的实际操作经验更佳。/ skillful on PPAP & SPC, it's a plus if possessing the practical experience on TS16949;
• 能独立工作并善于解决问题. / being able to work independently & solve the problems smartly.

工作内容 Job description：

• 机加工新产品的导入 / new project introduction in machining factories;
• 跟进解决供应商生产中和客户投诉的品质问题；/ follow up the solution of the quality issues & customer's complaint with the suppliers.
