Responsibilities:
1. Location: Guangzhou
2. Booking management.
3. Booking details verifying/exchanging management.
4. Equipment management/coordination.
5. Document preparation.
6. In charge of assigned accounts.
7. Document management: generate & release in time.
8. Create ocean freight manifest.
9. Document collection.
10. Document filing.
11. Payment process for office expense & personal claim.
12. Tax invoice registration.
13. Follow other cases from management if any.
Requirements:
Education Level:College +, Logistics/Trade/English relative major
Language:Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum Experience:3 Years +
Field of Experience:Experiences in freight forwarding for Air/Logistics operation.
Computer Skills:Good ability of computer literacy and office software
Others:International mindset
Self Managed & Result Driven
Good communication and organization skills
Willing to work under pressure
