Minimum Job Requirements:
1.Education:
College graduate or above,Egnlish and Cantonese is a must.

大专或以上学历，具备良好英语及必备广东话。
Work Experience:
At least 3 years work experience in Admin. Dept.
至少三年或以上秘书或经理助理兼行政事务工作。
Specific Knowledge/Skills:基本知识和技能要求：

Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point;懂良好计算机操作如MS，Word, Excel, Power point技巧；

Understanding of the Business/Industry:熟悉商业、行业知识；
Well understanding with company’s general operation；熟悉公司业务各项运作功能。

?Follow up China Document 处理出口报关文件
?Update the master file (MDS,F:/)不定期更新文件
?Open vendor Code 维护卖家账户信息
?Inform colleagues about the new factory status通知同事新厂进度
?Prepare the “New Factory Approval Form” for management &.signature向管理层准备新厂审批相关证明文件及跟进审批工作
ote / Credit Note贷款单据记录
?Prepare and issue Debit Note / Credit Note, including &.late shipment, quality discount to vendor
?Update Debit Note Summary 汇总余款单数据更新
?Help Fin Dept. to chase the vendor to settle the &.outstanding payment负责向财务部支付相关卖家货款手续的办理
&.Authorized Letter 递交相关签署文件
?Prepare & send the Authorized letter to vendors.对外商务签署文件发放及准备

?Arrange VC and Seat for meeting会议前准备工作

?Regularly remind colleague to update file, issue &.contract…定期提醒采购部跟单同事更新数据库文件及合同数据
