Responsibilities：
Maintain and update annual Wellness activity schedule.
Effectively Implement monthly employee’s activities ;
Set up good image and relationship with all employees.
Make best and optimization method to solve employee’s problems.
Be good bridge and ligament between company and employees.
Make periodical wellness accomplishment report.
Be responsible for Engagement Survey participation rate to be 100%.
Support training assessment process is in place and carried out.
Be responsible for NEO training process and completion of online submit.
Weekly NEO training tracking report to HR Manager.
Be responsible for part of development plan implementation and monthly report quality check analysis report to HR Manager.
Coordinate with EHS colleagues to record and ensure effectiveness period of all certificates of special work positions.
Follow up and deploy annual plant communication plan according to schedule.
Daily communication with new employees (incl leasing and intern) and make report to HR Manager
Exit employee communication using Exit Questionaire and summarize analysis report to HR Manager

Requirements：
Bachelor Degree or above, Business, Management or English related major.
With 1+ year of HR experiences. Esp. training experience.
Good Excel and PPT skills. Good written and fluent oral English.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
Multinational company related work experience is preferred.
