该职位工作地点需要经常到东莞工厂，此职位除了主要为GRAVIS品牌鞋类的QA工作外另需要协助鞋的开发工作及GRAVIS品牌下Bags 的QA及开发工作。但主要为鞋类的QA工作。

Summary of Position

The quality staff will ensure that Gravis （Footwear & Bags production )quality standards are communicated clearly to Gravis ’manufacturing suppliers. This position will assist suppliers by driving their production schedules and lines through daily interaction in order to ensure that they can deliver high quality products in accordance with Gravis delivery requirements. In addition, they will regularly identify risk exposure related to materials, processes, schedule, sub-suppliers, etc. and drive action plans by coordinating with factory and Gravis staff in order to mitigate the associated risk.

Job Duties:(Essential Functions )

Quality

- Assist in monitoring Gravis quality reports to ensure that Gravis product are performing QA testing in accordance with the procedures and at the frequencies specified in Gravis Quality Specifications.

- Monitor production schedules at factory to ensure the production schedules are met.

- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken when safety or function related non-conformities are identified.

- Promptly communicate any issues that affect quality, production, or delivery schedules appropriate with factory and Gravis team.

- Periodically visit and conduct audits of the quality system, manufacturing facility, and assembly lines at Gravis suppliers.

- Responsible for training all factory personnel on the quality assurance & quality control inspection process

Industrialization and Product Development

- Work closely with Gravis Japan team to ensure that product development activities are completed on schedule and that desired outcomes are achieved.

- Drive development projects at Supplier in order to meet Gravis development and production timelines.

- Support Gravis Japan team development to China

Requirement:

- At least 2-4 years of manufacturing experience in shoes manufacturing, and preferably bag industries

- At least 3 college education or above.

- Major in textile with 3 years college or above background is preferable

- Strong PC computer skills including MS Office and Outlook required

- Ability to write, speak and communicate in English and Mandarin

- Can work under pressure.

- Initiative, cooperation and Good analytical and interpersonal skills, good team work spirit.
