• Develop talent acquisition priorities and objectives as a strategic partner across multiple departments and the upper management team.
• Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking and other creative channels
• Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities.
• Provide continuous improvement through understanding of measurement tools, school scheduling and dynamics and recruitment analytics
• Identify and demonstrate an understanding of ZURU’s competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective and quality hiring
• Effectively utilize recruitment tools, technology, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management systems and maintain a complete database of candidates for future recruitment opportunities.
• Build effective relationships through strong proactive communication, the ability to maintain a strong service orientation
• Demonstrate sound judgment through effective thought, leadership, communication, and actions
• Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
• Take on any additional HR projects and programs as allocated

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree or higher in business administration or related major
• Fluent in English, a strong grasp of Mandarin preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience, with 3+ years of recruitment management experience
• Experience working with mid-level and senior management.
• Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans
• Proven networking capabilities with professional organizations, business groups, alumni associations, etc.
• Owns the ability to work in high-pressure environments with a can-do attitude.
• Exceptional time management skills
• Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence and motivate a team
• Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently
• Acts at all times with Integrity
