Description: Business Development Manager Alkaline Batteries
Business Development Manager Job Purpose:
Builds TXIMIST market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and electronic subcontractors.
Business Development Manager Job Duties:
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Work closely with HQ Sales Managers to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business strategies.
- Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships.
- Track all business development activities, analyze monthly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
- Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications and resolves commercial issues or questions from partners.
- Expand market intelligence of alkaline battery industry in China to drive business forward.

Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Business and/or Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
· 6+ years prior work experience and proven track record in Sales and/or Business Development within battery industry or electronics components industry.
· Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills (both in Chinese and English)
· Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
· A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
