TASKS
Systematical improvement of all workplaces in machining and assembly regarding productivity, quality and labor safety
/系统地改善所有关于生产率，质量和人员安全方面的机器加工和装配的工作现场。
Systematical improvement of workpiece flow in and between workstations regarding productivity, quality and labor safety
/系统地改善所有关于生产率，质量和人员安全方面的工件流通和工作平台之间。
Introduction and Maintenance of a suggestion system for workers in Machining and Assembly workshop in co-ordination with HR deparment to raise further savings potential
/在加工和装配车间，向员工介绍和维护提建议系统，并配合人力资源部门提高更多的节约潜力。
Evaluation and/ or recording of cycle times in machining and assembly areas and continuous optimization
/评估和记录加工和装配的循环时间并进行优化。
RIGHTS/权利
Evaluation of suggestions from workers and proposal of bonus payment

RESPONSIBILITIES/责任

EDUCATIONAL PROFILE/教育背景
Master Degree in Mechanical engineering or Process engineering
/机械工程和加工工程的硕士学位
Alternatively Bachelor degree +3 year extra experience as engineer in similar position as applied for
/或者学士学位+3年相关工作经验
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
3-5 years experience as process engineer in metal-machining and/or assembly, preferably in international company in automotive or aviation industry
/3~5年的五金加工或装配的工作经验，有在汽车或航空业的经验。
LANGUAGE
Fluent Mandarin required/流利中文
