TITLE : OEM Quality Engineer-Automotive Products WORKPLACE : Huizhou mostly / Shenzhen sometimes.
JOB PURPOSE : 1. Following automotive standard to manage EMS and key sub-supplier, make the continues improvement plan and following the effectiveness. 2. As team key member to follow new project industrialization quality related activities through APAP/PPAP process. 3. Maintain quality system and standard through ISO/TS 16949 system. 4. Take lead to solve customer quality requirement and quality incident solving through QRQC and 8D process. Keep improving customer satisficaction.
RESPONSABILITES/ TARGETS 1. Manage EMS factory quality issues of our OEM/ Automotive products . (Identify the root cause of these issues, ask 8D from Supplier, follow the issue solution.) 2. New project quality activities supporting through APQP and PPAP process. 3. Take lead to deal with supplier related quality incident in EMS factory, quick response quality control through 8D/PDCA process,directly working with EMS SQE to manage sub-supplier. 4. Supporting customer quality engineer to complete the RMA FA, push R&D team, EMS facotry or sub-supplier to close FA and 8D report within time frame. 5. EMS factory and customer RMA top 5 failure supplier related analysis and define continues improvement plan and following the activities in supplier side. 6. Weekly RMA and FA and 8D report update, keep good time manner for all reportings.
REQUIRED SKILLS : Automotive Quality standards, documents and tools (APQP, PPAP documents, 8D reports, ...), and electronic skills are essential.
EXPERIENCE : Experience in an electronic manufacturing company for Automotive customers as Quality Engineer or supplier quality engineer is essential.8 years work experience, with 3 years automotive experience is the minimum.
Educated level: College degree or above. Major: Electronic engineering or relevant.
LANGUAGES : Only candidate with a high English level will be selected..
