职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Focus on project quality control from trial run (NPI stage) to product end of life.
2. Monitor and participate actively with EMS, supplier and Project's Team to solve quality issues.
3. Perform process and product audits in EMS factories and suppliers.
4. Manage quality issues : Identify the root cause, 8D follow up, solve incoming material issue with suppliers.
5. Check, Improve, Approve Quality documents in use in manufacturing process before mass production.
6. Report and update Supervisor and Manager on : risks, quality issue, production status.
PROFILE:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years EMS quality engineer experiences; well experienced in SMT and assembly, SQE experience is prefered.
Educated level: College degree or above. Major: Electronic engineering or relevant.
Required Skills:
Able to identify issue and drive problem solving alone.Well experienced in quality document and report (FMEA, Flowchart, control plan, 8D, working instruction) Understand mechanical part manufacturing and general problem solving. Full week traveling requirement. Good interpersonal skills for both external and internal communication.
Languages:
Good spoken and written English
