Position Function
Be responsible for organization development for meeting business needs
Fully in charge of recruiting, selection, training and development activities
Manage labor agencies ensuring right people for supporting business needs
Implement and manage a competitive C&B policy following legal requirements
Enhance the HR metrics well tracked and performed with good quality
Plan and manage headcount, people cost, admin cost to achieve the set objectives
Execute the daily HR procedures in line with the Guideline and Policy
Manage general administration including shuttle bus, canteen, housekeeping, etc
Deliver the relevant HR reports as required
Establish good relationship with labor bureau and other relevant local authorities

QUALIFICATION:
Female, 25 or above, Bachelor Degree or above with major in Human Resources or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in multinational manufacturing company and with at least 2 years as a Supervisory grade
Familiar with Labor Laws and local regulations
Good communication skills both in Chinese / Cantonese
Good presentation skill
Excellent in Microsoft Office
Open-minded with high ethics
A good team player
