Job duties
· To Issue and Deliver mortgage loan contract accurately within service leading time and prepare mortgage
loan registration documents to Property Exchange Center.
· To Process Early Redemption and prepare collateral release materials.
· To Handover mortgage loan documents In and Out with external vendors and internal party.
· To scan, arrange, bind and record the mortgage loan file on time.
· To Track overdue mortgage loan certification of rights status and update tracking reports.
· To conduct internal MIS report and customer inquiry support.


Job requirements
· Basic banking knowledge, experience on commercial loan or mortgage preferred.
· Service-oriented person, previous customer service experience preferred.
· Good teamwork spirit
· Able to work under pressure
· Quick learner for new business
