RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support

· Make phone call with customer according to the Customer List

· Collect and consolidate recall feedback report

· Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda

· Provide guests or customer greeting, support/coordinate visits

· Manage all aspects of personal assistant activities to DS , including stationery office equipment supplies.

· Responsible for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including airline hotel reservations

· Check work attendance of whole employee in credit card center, manage express affairs

· Staff lockers arrangement, distribution and use of management

· Credit card application form management, including the payment, recovery and tracking the use of wear and tear condition

· Other administrative requirements provided by manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Strong interpersonal skill and good team player

· Good organization and coordination skills

· Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC & Office

· Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible

· Attention to details

· College graduate and above

· 1 year assistant experience is preferred
