职位描述：
1．负责工程造价咨询业务管理办法的制定、修订及解释工作，并对实施情况进行指导、协调和监督；
2.负责组织建立以咨询部为造价管理中心的功能和机制，建立健全各类人员的岗位责任制，使责任明确，并具可操作性。
3.负责编制造价咨询人员考核办法，使之有利于公司造价咨询业务水平的提高、有利于激发公司造价咨询人员工作的积极性和主动性、有利于公司造价咨询事业较快地和可持续性地发展。
4.负责监督审查造价咨询业务的计划和实施情况，做好三级复核工作，对于工作出现的问题应严格按照考核办法进行分析、复核并记录，并出具最终的工程造价咨询报告；
5.负责对公司造价咨询人员的业务指导工作，本着对公司长期发展负责的精神，积极地同员工进行交流，使之较快地提高业务技术水平。
6.对公司造价咨询人员进行阶段性的考核工作，表彰先进、激励后进，促进公司造价咨询事业的健康发展。
7.负责对地区造价最新政策文件、材料价格信息等资料的搜集和传达工作，确保工作成果与时俱进，符合造价成果时效性要求。
8.负责组织主持造价咨询合同文件编制及合同谈判工作，对合同价格的合理性负责；
9.参与全过程投资控制的设计论证，对不同的设计、材料及技术进行成本分析并提出优化设计建议；
10.接受及配合审计管理中心的指导，对审计报告中涉及工程造价管理部分进行及时沟通及落实整改工作，并对整改情况及时反馈；
11.完成总经理交给的其他任务。
职位要求：

2、具有高级职称、注册造价师资质；
3、造价从业经历不少于8年，在造价咨询企业执业不少于4年，有咨询企业管理经历；

5、 身体健康，综合素质高，品德优良，可塑性强，能够有效沟通，勇于承担责任和压力。

SHU LUN PAN public accounting firm (hereinafter referred to as “SHU LUN PAN”) was founded by the Chinese accounting arbiter Dr. Shu Lun Pan in Shanghai in 1927, which was one of the most influential and aged accounting firms in China, and was re-founded in 1986.
