工作职责：
1、根据执行的项目方案所对应的初型图档、技术文档、列出项目所需的配件明细表。
2、工装夹具及自动化设备的设计制作及改良。
3、对下属的工作安排及进度跟踪，工作表现的评估。
4、对机床的维护保养计划及实施。
5、对责任项目进行每周输出周报表至项目结束。
6、执行岗位5S工作。
7、上级的安排的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，机械、自动化或相关专业。
2、5年以上工业自动化设计控制工作经验。
3、熟悉机架加工原理及电子厂生产流程。
4、能熟练操作各种普通机床和CNC机床,如线切割、数控铣床、精雕机。
5、在过锡夹具，量脚长夹具，成品组装治具，晶体成型和切脚模具等的设计加工方面具有丰富的经验。
6、有非标自动化夹具设备（点胶机，精雕分板机，非标自动化设备，前加工设备）维护保养经验。
