职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责制定、完善公司售后部的各项规章制度、服务标准及工作流程，并监督执行情况；
2、负责网点服务质量的控制和提升，保证售后工作的全面落实情况，建立良好的客户关系管理，维护公司形象；
3、负责部门成本的管理和控制，达到费用、资源的合理利用；
4、负责处理重大危机事件及各类的服务事件的公关，避免对公司产生负面影响，维护品牌声誉；
5、负责服务网络的整体调节、规划和管理，达到网络的优化服务质量、速度的有效提升；
6、负责消协、技术督导局等的调查配合工作，使公司能够在市场中顺利开展业务工作；
7、负责部门员工工作业绩、工作能力、工作态度的监督、考核，通过指导及培训，提高部门成员的工作效率和工作效果。
任职要求：
1、熟悉国家三包法政策，及家电行业的售后工作流程；
2、熟悉家电行业的维修服务网络及相关运营模式；
3、熟悉处理重大危机事件及各类特殊投诉的工作流程；
4、了解各种家电维修原理；
5、具有良好的协调能力及危机意识；
6、有两年以上相关家电售后服务管理经验。
