1、中专或高中以上学历，年龄23岁以上；
2．沟通能力强。谈判能力强，有过带领团队成功开发业务者优先考虑。
3、深圳及其周边地区两年以上销售工作经验；
4、为人诚恳，热情开朗，具有良好的沟通能力和市场开拓能力；
5、能承受工作压力，有良好团队合作精神；
6、曾从事海运贷代销售业务有同行销售经验或外语熟练者优先。
