职位描述
工作内容：
1)负责所有来客的第一接待，接听电话，接待来访人员；
2)签收快递，分发往来信函和报刊杂志；
3)协助公司出差员工订机票、酒店，安排外地同事、客户及学员的住宿；
4)办公设备维护（包括打印机、复印机、传真机、办公家具、地毯、百叶窗、医药箱、门禁系统等）；
5)供应商管理（包括机票、酒店、文具、快递、印刷、电话会议、名片、办公室饮用水等）；
6)办公区环境管理（定期对办公室的电话、桌椅、地毯及办公家具进行清洁并消毒，定期安排专业人员对办公室防火设施进行检测）；
7)负责各种行政事务相关的费用支出，分析各项行政费用，每个月列出明细后，递交财务(包括机票、快递、办公用品、名片、印刷、电话会议、物业房租及维修费等)；
8)负责公司各部门办公用品的领用和分发工作；
9)公司员工活动的组织、安排以及其它活动的后勤支持；
10)处理上级领导交代的一些临时事务。
职位要求：
1)本科以上学历，至少1年工作经验
2)良好的中英文水平
3)熟练运用办公软件及系统，如MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/SAP等
4)有效的时间管理和活动组织能力，富有团队精神
5)准确及时提供数据支持
6)优秀的沟通和表达能力以及快速反应能力
7)客户服务意识强，热情，有耐心
