• Annual business plan development
• Monthly focus planning and execution
• Daily sales monitoring
• Manpower planning and cost control
• Retail staff training and motivation
• Close and effective communication with shops, internal functions and department stores to ensure smooth and proper operation at shop level
• Keep strong communication with Department Store and development retail store for business extend
• Work close with direct retail buying team for goods distribution
• Supervise the team on shop operation and staff management to achieve
• Company’s goals and assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• College graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a well-established retail environment, experience in shop level operation is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good planning, organizing and supervisory skills
• Good numeric and strong business sense
• Could work under pressure and be a good team member
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
