One foreign bank needs a HR Relationship Manager, Network & Strategic Projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall business relationship with designated customer groups, link business needs & hold end-to-end accountability for HR issues to the business, assure the delivery of HR solutions to the business & embed solutions in the business
- Act as HR Focal of Performance & Reward/SDC in Network & Strategic Projects to optimize HR Policies, Process & Procedures
- Assist Head of HR, Network & Strategic Projects brainstorm and champion various strategic & BAU HR Projects in accordance with business demands and create business impact
- Initiate and follow through proactive/reactive HR initiatives to standardize internal HR practices, custodian risk control & compliance, and enhance HR efficiency & effectiveness
- Assist Head of HR, Network & Strategic Projects supervise & develop the local HR to ensure HR services are delivered as required effectively & efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or other related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in multi-national company, preferably gained from financial industry, exposures in either consulting/search firms a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience, ample and strong capability in Performance & Reward, Resourcing & Relationship, and Project Management
- Familiar w/China Labor Law & HR related regulations
- A team-player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, and skillful organization & planning
- Excellent service mindset, mature & creative, self-motivated, details-oriented & can work independently under pressure
- Proficient in both English & Chinese, familiarity w/office software applications
