职位描述
Key Accountabilities
? Direct the Facility’s Administration support services
? Develop and implement administrative systems to meet the on going needs of the facility.
? Organising the facility layout and set up and maintenance of all required supplies to ensure the facility continues to run smoothly.
? Maintain the facility in excellent condition and arrange for necessary repairs as appropriate.
? Management of Incoming and outgoing materials and general facility administration management.
? Support the project team in the communication on project requirements with suppliers, and ensure all the products comply with client requirements and deliver on schedule.
? Manage daily materials planning/inventory/E&O with suppliers through reporting to ensure efficient material supply, as well as good inventory control to minimise the potential E&O cost and company liability risk.
? Responsible for project cost tracking and reporting to the management team.
? Lead the supplier relationship management.
? Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
? Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement changes to improve operations.
? Plan, administer and control budgets as appropriate
? Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
? Hire and performance manage administrative personnel.
? Oversee construction and renovation projects to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
? Ensure all licenses and permits are maintained current.
Key Skills and Experience
? University educated
? A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in a facilities Administration or Supply Base Management role.
? Strong project management experience.
? Ability to work effectively in a multiple project environment.
? Strong experience in shipping and logistics field preferred.
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
? Independently finds creative solutions to complex problems/ issues
? Proficiency with advanced functionality of MS Office suite & other facility applications
? Capable of creating good working relationship with people from all levels.
? Is a competent individual capable of prioritizing workloads efficiently and effectively while having strong attention to detail.
? Highly ethical with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
