职位描述
POSITION PURPOSE
?Manage the on boarding process.
?Cost comparison to support business decisions.
?SKU Maintenance.
?Ensure compliance of Purchase Orders placed to Import Suppliers assigned. Work with Sourcing Managers (SM) & SQEs guarantee communication with suppliers to validate production performance, on time delivery and preventive control of orders to be delivered on time.
?Coordinate with SM & SQEs to pull in production plans or build alternative sourcing solutions. Highlight any potential fulfillment risk to upper management. Drive the implementation of continuous improvement / corrective / preventive action plans with suppliers.
?Integrate supplier data and metrics on a weekly basis to effectively monitor on time delivery, backlog and potential risks.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Manage and follow up the on boarding process.
? Run proforma for the cost comparison to support the business decisions.
? To analyze SKU set up information in the system to ensure products that are imported through the IDC Network can be fulfilled properly at the store level.
? Consolidate delivery Information from Suppliers assigned on a weekly basis.
? Create fulfillment metrics and work together with the SM & SQEs to drive suppliers on-time delivery performance.
? Responsible of consolidating and driving Major Events assigned (i.e. Holidays). This includes: driving supplier's production plans to THD requirements, ensure production plan execution, close track of Projected Cargo Ready Dates and drive of any delivery issues to compliance.
? Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects, recommending process improvements and making final project recommendations which impact the business.
? Develop databases (Access) if needed to help discover any potential data integrity issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, International trade or related work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
? At least 5 years of experience in project/process management.
? Proficient in Excel, Access
? Positive, proactive, detail oriented, flexible
? Good communication and interpersonal skills, both inside the company and externally with suppliers.
? Good English communication skill, both spoken and written
? Knowledge of factory operations/production management a plus.
