电子行业产线设备现场管理经验。能指导操作工。有波峰焊设备经验优先考虑。

Job responsibilities:
- Maintain production line equipment to ensure 7 x 24 hours availability a week
- Apply ERIM and TPM methodology in maintenace, ensure MTBF and TTR indicators in continous improvement status
- Installation, setup, configration and adjustment of equipment such as teaching Robot etc.
- Define maintenance level , Work Introduction and equipment check list and implement it
- Spare parts management and localization
- Follow equipment general specification and standard
- Work with suppliers to solve all kind of problem/issues
- Involvement in RFQ and nomination process with potential suppliers
-Equipment manual, maitenance records, drawing, programme keeping.
- Run calibration services, develop calibration protocols
- Manage and train maintenance technicians to continuously improve technical skill
- Follow and implement Valeo VPS requirement related to equipment maintenance
- EHS laws and Valeo related regualation, procedure and requirement compliance


Requirements:
- Education: University degree or Equivalent; Major in automatization, or mechanical engineering & automatization.
Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience in equipment maintenance.
- Being able to teach robot
- Basic experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7 and/or Beckhoff-PLC) preferred
- Willing to work under pressure, be proactive and passionate in work
- Good English in speech and writing
